1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

3. Your Account
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) jilivs account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.2 Registration Accuracy
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering your jilivs account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID, your date of birth, your valid Philippine mobile number, and your current residential address. jilivs may request supporting documents to verify any of this information at any point.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilivs username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. jilivs will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact jilivs support immediately at support@jilivs.best. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including temporarily suspending your account to prevent further unauthorised activity.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
As part of our compliance obligations, jilivs conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (SSS card, UMID, passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and in some cases, proof of the payment method used. Accounts that fail verification may have withdrawals suspended until documentation is provided.
3.5 Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting jilivs support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after satisfying any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. jilivs may also close accounts at our discretion in cases of breach of these Terms.
4. Deposits

jilivs does not accept cash deposits. All funding must be conducted through the digital channels listed above. Deposits are credited to your jilivs wallet in real time for e-wallet channels and within one business day for bank transfers.
Important: jilivs does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges. jilivs is not responsible for third-party transaction fees.

5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals from jilivs are subject to the following conditions:
5.1 Minimum and Processing Times
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days. VIP Club members enjoy faster processing: Silver tier and above see e-wallet withdrawals cleared within 30 minutes; Diamond members receive instant processing with no withdrawal cap.
5.2 Withdrawal Method
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account registered in your name. jilivs does not send funds to third-party accounts. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing.
5.3 Wagering Requirements
Real-money balances that are not subject to any active bonus can be withdrawn at any time. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of any active bonus.
5.4 Withdrawal Review
jilivs reserves the right to review any withdrawal request before processing. Withdrawals may be held for up to 72 hours for security and compliance review. You will be notified if your withdrawal is placed under review and given the opportunity to provide any required documentation.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
jilivs offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion in addition to these general Terms.
6.1 General Bonus Rules
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- Bonuses are valid for one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- jilivs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
- Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account closure.
6.2 Welcome Bonus
The jilivs welcome bonus applies to a player's first deposit only. The standard offer is a 100% match bonus up to ₱2,000. To qualify, the minimum first deposit is ₱200. The welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of winnings may be processed.
6.3 VIP Club Cashback

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Fairness
All jilivs games use certified random number generators (RNG) for digitally generated outcomes. 9. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jilivs platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
- Using any software, robot, script, spider, or automated tool to interact with the jilivs platform.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any jilivs game or the platform itself.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in card games.
- Using stolen payment methods or funds obtained through illegal activity to fund your jilivs account.
- Engaging in money laundering or any activity intended to conceal the origin of funds.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing jilivs staff or other players through any communication channel.

jilivs monitors all accounts for suspicious activity on an ongoing basis. Any balance held in a suspended account will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited if a violation is confirmed.
